Hearing aids locked by the manufacturer's software
NHS hearing aids, which usually come locked

We work with Phonak, Oticon, Signia, GN ReSound, AudioService, Hansaton and Starkey.These are international brands: if yours is one of them, we can look after it here without you having to go back home for it.

If you're hearing worse but the device still works

Often it's your hearing that has changed, not the hearing aid.We carry out a full hearing test and reprogramme your devices to your current hearing loss.
