We work with the main international brands.If your hearing aid is one of them, chances are we can help — wherever you bought it.
If we can't fix it, there's no charge.You leave as you came.
You only pay for what's actually done: the filter, the receiver, the cleaning or the repair.
You can drop in during opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–14:00 and 15:00–17:00. If you'd rather we expect you, call or message us on WhatsApp.
Faults we can't fix at the counter go to the workshop. They are usually ready within a week. Meanwhile we lend you a replacement device at no cost, so you're never left without hearing.
Often it's your hearing that has changed, not the hearing aid.We carry out a full hearing test and reprogramme your devices to your current hearing loss.

For Oticon, Philips and Bernafon hearing aids we replace the rechargeable battery at the centre itself.No shipping, no weeks of waiting.
If that's your case, we'll tell you — and we won't charge you for looking.
We work with Phonak, Oticon, Signia, GN ReSound, AudioService, Hansaton and Starkey.These are international brands: if yours is one of them, we can look after it here without you having to go back home for it.
We keep batteries, filters and spares at the centre. We also stock TV streamers that send the sound straight to your hearing aids, and phones designed for people with hearing loss.
We take the impression here. Earmoulds for your hearing aids and custom plugs for sleeping, for noise protection or for swimming. They are usually ready within a week.
